Tall Girl’s Guide To: The Mini

If you’re a tall girl, then you know it’s quite difficult to don on a mini skirt without looking like a hoochie mama (enter 90s rap song here). The overexposure of the gams seems to make people nervous; needless to say certain accessories can flip the look from naughty to nice. Something as simple as heels over flats makes a world of difference.

This past weekend I decided to pull a little mini action and knew that I would go for a more casual, everyday look. Since my legs were already center stage I thought I’d be a little more conservative up top, hence the white tee. I continued to add onto the look with simple accessories and topped it off with matching comfy Chuck Taylor’s for a day of errands and a matinée movie.

Tall girls sound off – how do you sport a mini?
